Adagio Guest Services provides Supervisors to coordinate staff and ensure a successful event. Our Supervisors have over 12 years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry as Managers and are all Food Safety Certified. The Supervisor is the onsite liaison between the client, the kitchen, the event planner and the venue. Our Supervisors are responsible for reviewing venue floor plan, catering and drink menu with staff prior to the event, set up and layout of the event space, directing bar and wait staff throughout the event and at the end for clean-up. Our Supervisor can also be responsible for monitoring and submitting staff hours for billing. Supervisors always contact our clients after their event for feedback.
